Mitchell is the driving force behind the business, leading strategy, growth and direction while still staying close enough to the day-to-day to know exactly what’s going on at ground level. From winning work and building client relationships to making the big decisions that shape the future of the company, he’s usually juggling ten things at once (and somehow making it look easy). Known for his straight-talking approach and high standards, Mitchell sets the tone across the whole team - pushing for better, faster, and smarter in everything we do. If something needs sorting, building, fixing or figuring out… it usually lands on his desk first.

...Advanced Scaffold Inspector & Chief Sacker (Self-Proclaimed)...
From overseeing all our sites to making sure materials are where they should be (and not just sitting pretty on site), he keeps jobs flowing, books in extras, chases order numbers, and makes sure invoices are squared away. Starting in scaffolding at just 16, he’s seen it all - now a Contracts Manager and Advanced Inspector who proudly “runs the show.” Since joining Trojan Access (thanks to Mitchell giving him the nod), Steve hasn’t looked back once… and honestly, we wouldn’t want to run the place without him.

Jonny came on board in January 2023 to head up our street works division. With over 25 years’ experience in street work and a background as a fully qualified scaffolder, there’s not much he hasn’t seen or done. These days he’s the go-to man for organising and running our small works — and also the unofficial barista, making sure everyone’s caffeinated before the day begins.

After joining in 2019 as Health & Safety Advisor, Scaffold Inspector he is now the man trusted with quoting our large-scale works. He also happens to be our designated IT manager (mainly because he once fixed the printer). With years of site experience and a sharp eye for detail, Stuart keeps standards sky-high and paperwork watertight.

Shona joined Trojan Access in November 2017 and manages payroll, invoicing, and bookkeeping, helping to keep the business running smoothly. After 10 years at Dudley Council and a period working at Bushey Fields Hospital, she brought a wealth of administrative and organisational experience to the team. Shona plays a key role behind the scenes, ensuring everything is accurate, up to date, and on track.

Faye joined the team to support with all things office administration and quickly became the glue that keeps the small details from turning into big problems. From answering calls and handling enquiries, to organising paperwork, updating records and generally keeping everything ticking along, she makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.
